Briefing

Agency D8 asked me to develop and write the complete tone of voice guide for the NPO Start brand. From defining "What is NPO Start in one sentence, or 6?" to shaping the vocabulary it should and shouldn’t use. Moreover, they asked me to come up with OOH copy proposals for the ‘Streaming start hier’ campaign. 

Result

I created a full tone of voice guide that positions NPO Start as close, authentic and relatable. With stories from, for, and by the Netherlands. From a strong brand promise and manifesto to sharp core values. From platform, service and CTA lexicons to clear audience profiles. With concrete do’s & don’ts. Result? A solid brand compass that helps every team member (new or seasoned) write, speak and create in the right tone. With the same voice. Always and everywhere.
